Women's Tartan Kilt Sizing Guide
Our women's tartan kilts are crafted from 80% acrylic, 20% wool in a traditionally
machine-woven tartan fabric. To ensure the best fit, please measure your natural
waist before ordering. Each kilt features two tartan straps with antique buckles
allowing 2" up and 2" down adjustment.
How to Measure Your Waist
- Stand naturally with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Find your natural waist — about 1–2 inches above your navel, at the narrowest point of your torso.
- Wrap a flexible tape measure snugly around your natural waist, parallel to the floor — not over bulky clothing.
- Note the measurement in inches. If you fall between sizes, size up for comfort.

Standard drop is 24". All kilts include adjustable straps (±2") for a fine-tuned fit.
Choosing Between Sizes
- Between sizes? Size up — the adjustable buckle straps allow 2" of extra room either way.
- Prefer a snug fit? Size down and use the straps to fine-tune.
- Kilt length falls to mid-thigh or just above the knee depending on your height. The 24" drop is measured from the natural waist.
